RV PARK POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RV RESERVATIONS, WE LOCK OUR GATES AT 5:00 PM ON WEEKNIGHTS AND THEY REMAIN LOCKED OVER THE WEEKEND. For this reason, we highly recommend reservations by utilizing our online site or calling 208-743-3302.
Sites are $40 per night (this includes tax) and include water, sewer and electrical hook ups. Reservations may be made using the form on our website at www.npcfair.org or calling 208-743-3302 x202. Payment may be made with cash or credit card.
RV’s are to enter through the gate on Airway Avenue and check in with camp host or Fair Office. Check in time is after 2 pm and check out is 12 noon.
GENERAL RULES
Observe and obey any posted signs throughout the Nez Perce County Fair property.
No illegal activity may take place on the Fairgrounds.
There is a maximum stay of 14 nights and payment must be paid in full upon arrival (or via our website prior to arrival). Limits of less than 14 nights may apply depending upon other events on our grounds.
All hoses/hookups must be free of leaks.
Trash must be placed in the blue dumpster next to the Pavilion Kitchen. No large or bulky items may be disposed of. All sites must be kept neat and organized.
One recreational vehicle is allowed per site. Up to 2 additional vehicles are allowed. All vehicles must be parked within the asphalt pad at your site. There will be no parking on the grass or dirt. If both allowed vehicles do not fit, please see camp host or office for other parking options.
All vehicles (RV’s, automobiles, motorcycles, etc) must be currently registered, in good running order and operated by a licensed driver. Vehicles with issues such as flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows or deemed to be in general poor condition by fairgrounds management, may not be parked on the grounds.
No tent camping is allowed.
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The restrooms are closed from October-April. All units during this time must be self-contained.
Fully contained barbecue grills and camping stoves are allowed. Propane fire pits are allowed (no wood burning fires will be permitted).
User agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the Nez Perce County Fair, its Board of Directors, Nez Perce County, its Commissioners, and the officers, agents, and employees of each of them harmless from any claims of loss, damage, injury, liability claim or expense of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the performance of this agreement.
RV RULES
All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order.
Approved recreational vehicles include: Class A, Class B and Class C Motorhomes, Fifth wheels, hard sided Travel Trailers, Pop up Trailers and Toy Haulers.
No RV’s deemed to be in “poor” condition by fair management (e.g. broken or cracked windows, flat tires, rusted, badly dented, roofs covered with tarps, in need of paint, etc.) will be allowed to park or stay on the fairgrounds.
All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment.
The Fair reserves the right to disconnect utilities in order that repair, alterations or additions may be made. Guests will be notified, when possible, of any utility system shutdown.
PET RULES
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash or confined to the RV owner’s site at all times.
All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to vacate the grounds.
If your pet shows aggressive behavior, you will be asked to remove the animal from the grounds.
The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by the pet.
Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets are not allowed.
